Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Processing involves picking, packing, and preparing the order for shipment. Delivery times range from 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen weather delays or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination. We offer free shipping to most areas of Australia on orders over $150 for the total value of products after any discounts. Free Shipping apply only for cleaning and accessories products.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Order changes
Once an order is placed, we can cancel or make changes, but this must be done before shipment. Please ensure all information is correct before placing your order.
Tracking Information
All orders placed online at Alcoa Wheels are delivered via courier. You can track the progress of your order from placement through to delivery via the courier’s website.
Tracking Instructions:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the courier system before attempting to track your order. If you have any concerns, contact us at awp.sales@howmet.com
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the contiguous Australia. We do not ship to international destinations.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at Alcoa Wheels – awp.sales@howmet.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order immediately.
